Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, Forecasted Self provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for first purchases of eligible Forecasted Self products.

You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. How to request a refund

Online payments are processed by Stripe through our checkout. You can request a refund:

• by emailing hello@forecastedself.com — include the email you purchased with; or
• from your account page under Manage billing, where you can view receipts and request support.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution.

3. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

Consumers may have statutory rights to withdraw from online purchases, receive refunds or obtain remedies for services or digital content that do not conform with applicable law.

For consumers in the EU/EEA, this includes statutory withdrawal rights applicable to distance contracts.

Where digital content or a service is made available immediately, applicable law may allow the statutory withdrawal right to end or change once performance begins if the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained during checkout.

These transaction-related withdrawal rights are administered through our checkout and the payment terms presented there.

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee does not reduce any statutory right available to you.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before its next renewal.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Unless a refund applies or the relevant product terms state otherwise, you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

You can manage a subscription through the billing-management link in your account or in your purchase emails.

5. Renewal refunds

Where our 30-day guarantee expressly applies to a renewal, this will be stated with the relevant subscription.

Otherwise, renewal refunds are handled in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law and the payment terms shown at checkout.

6. Cohort programmes

If you have purchased a cohort-based programme and cannot attend the scheduled cohort, contact us before the programme starts.

Where reasonably possible, we will allow you to transfer your place to a later equivalent cohort without an additional programme fee.

This transfer option is separate from any refund or statutory cancellation right available to you.

7. Abuse and exceptional circumstances

The voluntary 30-day guarantee may not apply in cases of fraud, refund abuse or other deliberate misuse.

This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Payment processing

Our online checkout is provided by Stripe, a regulated payment provider.

Where full tax-handling applies to your purchase, taxes are calculated, collected and remitted on our behalf at checkout, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The payment terms shown at checkout also apply to your transaction.

If our voluntary guarantee or applicable mandatory consumer law gives you greater rights than the general checkout terms, those greater rights apply.
