Browsing our public website does not by itself require you to purchase anything.

These Terms apply when you create an account, use a Forecasted Self service or purchase/access a Forecasted Self product.

2. Purchases and payment processing

Our online checkout is provided by Stripe, a regulated payment provider.

Where full tax-handling applies to your purchase, taxes are calculated, collected and remitted on our behalf at checkout, and receipts and invoices are issued automatically. On those orders your bank statement may show LINK.COM\*.

Forecasted Self / Nose Knows Oy remains responsible for supplying and supporting the Forecasted Self product, programme, content or licence you purchased.

Your purchase is subject to the payment terms shown at checkout and to these Forecasted Self Terms for use of the product and service.

Mandatory consumer rights always prevail where applicable.

3. Services

Forecasted Self provides services related to future skills, AI literacy, professional development, human-AI collaboration and learning. Available services may include:

• AI Skills Scan;
• personalised reports;
• digital learning materials;
• cohort-based programmes and sprints;
• team programmes;
• practitioner training or certification; and
• related online tools and resources.

Specific programme scope, dates and deliverables may also be described on the applicable product page, checkout page or written proposal.

4. AI-assisted services

Some Forecasted Self services use artificial intelligence or automated processing.

Where you interact directly with an AI-enabled feature, we will identify the interaction as AI-enabled where required by applicable law.

AI may be used to analyse information you provide and to generate personalised observations, recommendations, summaries or learning suggestions.

AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. You should exercise your own judgement when using it.

Forecasted Self outputs are intended for learning and professional-development purposes. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, recruitment or employment decisions or advice.

Forecasted Self does not guarantee a particular career, employment, financial, educational or business outcome.

5. Your information and acceptable use

You are responsible for information you submit to Forecasted Self and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it. You must not use the service to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not have authority to disclose;
• attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service;
• interfere with other users;
• scrape, reverse engineer or systematically extract the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use Forecasted Self content or systems to create a competing service through systematic copying.

Sensitive information

Please avoid entering unnecessary special-category or highly sensitive personal information into open-text fields or AI-enabled features.

6. Intellectual property

Forecasted Self methods, frameworks, website content, learning materials, templates, reports and other materials are owned by Nose Knows Oy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase or receive access to Forecasted Self materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them for the purposes stated for the relevant product.

You may not commercially reproduce, resell or redistribute Forecasted Self materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of original content you submit to the service.

You grant Nose Knows Oy the limited rights necessary to process that content in order to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Practitioner certification and licences

Where a product includes practitioner certification or a facilitation licence, the licence is personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Certification or a licence does not transfer ownership of Forecasted Self methodologies, trademarks or underlying materials.

Any additional rights granted to practitioners will be described in the relevant programme or licence terms.

8. Subscriptions

Where a product is sold as a recurring subscription, the price and billing frequency will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout.

You may cancel future renewal through the billing-management functionality in your account or the self-serve billing portal linked from your purchase emails.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

9. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Our voluntary refund policy is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Consumers may also have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity and other rights under the laws applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Withdrawal and refund requests are administered in accordance with applicable law, the payment terms shown at checkout and our additional refund commitments.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material breach of these Terms;
• fraudulent activity;
• non-payment;
• security threats;
• unlawful use; or
• repeated serious misuse of the service.

Notice

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may stop using Forecasted Self at any time.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update features, content or technical components as the service develops.

Material changes affecting an active paid service will not remove mandatory consumer rights or obligations already owed to you.

12. Liability

Forecasted Self services are provided with reasonable professional care.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nose Knows Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on informational, educational or AI-generated recommendations.

For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, Nose Knows Oy's aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct or other liability that applicable law requires us to bear.

13. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights granted by mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you more favourable rights than these Terms, the mandatory law applies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

For business customers, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless otherwise agreed.

For consumers, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the laws applicable to you, including applicable rights based on your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law or our business operations.

The current version and effective date will be published here.

Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required by law.
